Tube Fabrication Capabilities

BRAZING & SOLDERING
- Joining metals using silver, bronze, or copper.
CHROME PLATING AND POLISHING
- In-house polishing for high-quality chrome finishes, utilizing Trivalent and Hexavalent chrome.
CLEANING & MILLIPORE TESTING
- High-pressure cleaning systems and microscopic analysis to ensure internal cleanliness to meet both light and stringent standards.
COATING
- In-house high-temperature ceramic coating and wet coat painting, along with nearby powder coat and e-coat services.

- 100% leak-tight pressure testing and pressure decay testing for fluid transfer tubes or as required.
THREADING
- Tapping machined holes or taping holes produced by flowing metal from the drilling process for more surface area.
TRIMMING
- CNC snap trimming machines and various metal saws for trimming and mitering after bending and fabricating.
WELDING
- MIG, TIG, resistance, spot welding, and brazing.
