Tube Fabrication Capabilities

BENDING

  • Tubing from 0.25” to 5” using CNC, rotary mandrel, compression, or roll bending. In-house tool design and tool making capabilities, complemented by strong tool shop relationships.

BRAZING & SOLDERING

  • Joining metals using silver, bronze, or copper.

CHROME PLATING AND POLISHING

  • In-house polishing for high-quality chrome finishes, utilizing Trivalent and Hexavalent chrome.

CLEANING & MILLIPORE TESTING

  • High-pressure cleaning systems and microscopic analysis to ensure internal cleanliness to meet both light and stringent standards.

COATING

  • In-house high-temperature ceramic coating and wet coat painting, along with nearby powder coat and e-coat services.

            • 100% leak-tight pressure testing and pressure decay testing for fluid transfer tubes or as required.

            THREADING

            • Tapping machined holes or taping holes produced by flowing metal from the drilling process for more surface area.

            TRIMMING

            • CNC snap trimming machines and various metal saws for trimming and mitering after bending and fabricating.

            WELDING
